At Sun Run Designs, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your order, but if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for return shipment.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once we review your claim.

 

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
